Survey
The online S@Msys Survey gathers details on almost 400 different indicators of sales and marketing effectiveness, grouped into 37 sales and marketing "Topics". Each of these indicators has an associated Question, Background Information, Advice on Weighting and Scoring, and a facility for the user to assign Weighting, Score, and Comments. |
|
Charts
A separate bar chart is produced for each of the 37 Topics, each representing a separate sales and marketing performance indicator. This represents the weighted-score for that indicator, its overall significance to your organization, and shows how an improvement in performance of that indicator can benefit the sales and marketing performance of your business. |
|
Tables
Highly detailed tables show you the weighted scores for all Categories, Topics and Indicators, and show also those specific Tasks which will produce the greatest improvement. The system allows you to select the specific tasks with the highest return. |
|
Reports
A Summary Report tells you the findings of the survey analysis, as well as recommendations based on that Survey, at both the detailed Task level and the broader Topic level. The report contains all the data you need to improve performance, taking into account the priority of the topics and tasks for your organization, and the relative improvement "pay-off" of the various tasks that are competing for resources. |
