Bill
Noonan, is a high-energy professional, passionate about
inspired selling and sales force automation programs. He has
over 25 years in senior executive sales with start-ups and
multi-national sales organizations.
"Selling
requires a high level of professional skills and sales abilities,"
states Bill. "The challenges and costs to implement effective
selling strategies are of enormous value for companies that
rely on skill selling." With this understanding and seeing
a need in the industry, he embarked on a quest to develop
a way to better train, manage and motivate sales organizations.
Tele Teams Sales Builder Learning Systems was introduced in
1996 and used as the basis for accredited courses at several
universities.
In
1999 he began development on a leading edge solution that
would be completely accessible over the Internet. In February
2000, xSellsys
was introduced as a market ready product suite connecting
sales personnel, management and clients in a real-time information
environment. In the 2001 fall semester, California State University,
Fullerton incorporated the xSellsys CRM program into their
extended education CRM Business Certificate program.
Furthering his commitment to inspired selling, Bill recently
published The Art of Selling, a comprehensive compilation
of proven sales techniques and principles that promise to
provide the tools to plan strategize and implement unbeatable
sales solutions. He is currently producing a continued series
of audio CDs entitled Staying Ahead of the CRM Curve, the
first, Understanding Technology Enabled Selling that
is currently available.
