This national leader in security systems was formerly known as Argenbright Security. This international company set out to reform its sales force and process in light of the dramatic changes that occurred September 11. Their sales force automation goal had to increase sales efficiency, effectiveness and provide a centralized environment for all sales activity. Importantly they needed to track sales by Region/District and concurrently by specific line of business. Linking their prospects together was necessary so that a prospect in one area would be shared with other salespersons to cross sell and up sell.

Our sales engineers consulted with their entire management team to devise the actual sales components, prospecting systems, contracting process and management tools. In turn these were implemented into the xSellsys CRM program to multiple regions across the nation.
