Offering first executive CRM course with xSellsys |

California State University Fullerton introduced the CRM certificate course as part of its e-business offerings in its 2001 summer and fall semesters. "The certificate classes will use the xSellsys CRM programs," stated Carol Ferguson, Program Specialist at CSUF. "I know that this will make a huge difference to our executive students as they learn the 'ins and outs' of CRM and eCRM. Being able to have a hands-on approach makes the learning process more believable."
"Our programs will provide the executive business students with a practical and comprehensive program that they will customize to their specific needs, including extensive automated sales and customer service modules," explained Bill Noonan, CEO and President of xSellsys. "Providing a realistic approach to Sales Force Automation and CRM, particularly utilizing ASP method gives the executive a leg up on current and emerging trends in this arena" said course developer and director, David Lokeitz.
